At FBC we’re pretty excited about God’s gift to us of eternal life. What is this eternal life promised to us? John 17:3 tells us that eternal life is to know God. What a revolutionary thought! We (even you) can personally KNOW the Creator of the Universe. The One who knows all people, you can know! WOW!
How can this wonderful “knowing” happen? We make getting to know God the number 1 priority in our personal relationship with God. I remember a comment a young man in love made about his beloved, “I need to give her my full attention.” Young lovers spend all their time together because their beloved needs to the center of their attention. Our relationship with God should have this same intensity and commitment.
This is no better way to know God than to spend personal time in the Bible. Personal Bible study has been the focus for the recent events for women of FBC. We gather to share methods and resources to develop our relationship with God and we even try them out together. Need ideas or suggested resources contact Jan Sipe at

Join in one of our ongoing Events …
Piece to Peace quilting class – We meet the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm. Mary Fitzgerald leads a devotional, gives a quilting tip and reveals the monthly project. The group includes beginner and experienced quilters. So if you want to meet other quilters or learn to become one, join us.
Small groups and Bible studies - We have a variety of short and long term groups and studies. Check the bulletin and newsletter for current info.
